    Move More Big Health Event

    Speakup Rotherham are holding their annual Keeping Healthy event in Sheffield with partners at the English Institute of Sport Sheffield on 13th September from 10am to 2.30pm.They have 100 spaces for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people from across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley, to try sporting activities and attend workshops.     Approximately one third of bus routes in Sheffield are vulnerable to being wholly or partly cut at the beginning of October. South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) are seeking feedback on what services are most important to you. This will inform which service might receive limited support from public money.

    Consultation on Changes to GP sites in the North of Sheffield

    The South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (formerly Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group) has launched a consultation today on their proposals to locate several existing GP surgeries in several new hub sites. We are keen to hear your views on these proposals and will be running focus group events to ensure that anything not captured in the consultation survey form is captured.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
