  • Could you be our Advocacy Manager?

    Our lovely Advocacy Manager Lucy has a new job as Chief Officer for Healthwatch Sheffield. We are therefore looking to recruit a new advocacy manager. Our advocacy service supports disabled people to exercise their rights and be fully involved in decisions about their life. The Advocacy Manager is responsible for supporting and supervising the advocacy team, which delivers a range of advocacy (statutory and non-statutory) support as part of Sheffield Advocacy Hub.The closing date for applications is 8am on Monday 15th July 2019. Interviews will be held on Tuesday 23rd July 2019.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
