    The Buzz has been designed to be inclusive and accessible to a wide audience including people with a learning disability. It is a collection of free videos with activities you can do at home, things like art, exercise, cooking and learning. New videos are posted every Monday – so make sure you check back each week. When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
