    #Speak Up Grant Applications Now Open

    Sheffield Healthwatch has announced the latest round of their #SpeakUp small grants scheme. This year Sheffield Healthwatch are looking for 4 voluntary or community sector groups or organisations to work on projects with a grant of £2,000, on issues in health and social care that are important to them which capture the views and experiences of the people they support. The deadline for applications is 9am on Monday 5th June 2023

    Healthwatch Sheffield – your local consumer watchdog for health and social care services – has published its latest newsletter, which includes a reminder that voluntary and community groups will be to apply from 19 December for their #Speak Up grant, to receive up to £500 to carry out creative and impactful engagement work within communities.

  • Health and Care Services #SpeakUp Reports Published

    In 2017, Healthwatch Sheffield launched #SpeakUp Small Grants aimed at local not for profit, third sector, voluntary or community groups, to enable them to run projects that help local people share their experiences of health and care services in Sheffield. DAWS Community Gym held an ‘Ampu Tea & Chat’ session to obtain feedback from service users at Northern General Hospital’s Mobility and Specialised Rehabilitation Centre.
