Check Out Our YouTube Channel - thanks Andrew!

You may not be aware of this, but Disability Sheffield has its very own “YouTube” channel with its own icon at the top right hand side of our homepage to make it easier to log straight into. In the last two months we have posted nine videos – subjects covered include debates on Coronavirus and life in isolation, as well as easy exercises for people with limited mobility. It’s been a great way to keep in touch and reach more people and participants really enjoy and look forward to the sessions. Why not join us in our next video? It’s very appropriate during Volunteers’ Week to take this opportunity to thank our volunteer Andrew for all his technical and camera skills , his hard work, enthusiasm and commitment to help us to make these videos possible.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference
