    Honouring Transgender Lives

    November 20th marks the 25th Transgender Day of Remembrance. It honours the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. Research shows that transgender people reported higher rates of disability (30 percent) compared with *cisgender women (24 percent) or *cisgender men (18 percent). Statistics around their healthcare are very troubling.

    Specialist keyworkers for people with mental health problems and learning disabilities in Sheffield have teamed up to host a Christmas event aimed at helping individuals find their vocation.
