    Holocaust Memorial Day Vigil

To commemorate the Holocaust Sheffield is holding a candlelit vigil on Monday 27 January 2020 from 5.45 to 7pm in the Winter Garden. The theme this year is Stand Together and will focus on how genocidal regimes throughout history have deliberately fractured societies by marginalising certain groups. A selection of short films will be screened in the Winter Garden during the day, from 12noon to 4.30pm ( pop in anytime ) and a collection of posters are on display in the Winter Gardens from 20th – 27th January.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
