Running over five weeks, this new online course is an opportunity to meet people who share similar experiences and together develop and learn new skills, including relaxation activities, that may help in coping with the demands of a caring role.

Now Then magazine has published an article following their Freedom of Information request to South Yorkshire Police showing that disability hate crime figures rose to 441 in 2021, a 77% increase since 2018.Campaigners claim that this figure may still be lower than the actual incidence due to disabled people reluctance to report incicents and encourage disabled people to report hate crime if thay have been victimised.
