SIV Home Workouts
Unfortunately due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, all Sheffield International Venues (SIV) are closed; meaning the Exercise Referral Scheme has been postponed.
SIV has produced a range of FREE, short, tailored and motivating home workouts designed by experienced exercise referral instructors for people who would benefit from being active at home, but need support and consideration because of a health condition or just a long period of inactivity.
