    Our Get Active buddying scheme is a pilot project to support people to attend a physical activity in their local community. if you’d like to help people with a learning disability, severe mental illness or autistic people get more active and can volunteer for a few hours a week on a Monday or Tuesday to attend an activity with a disabled person, we would love to hear from you!

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
