Across England, community mental health services for people living with serious mental illness (SMI) are intending to change.
Sheffield Health and Social Care want to improve your experience of care, support and treatment if you are living with SMI. This is not only looking at the medical aspects of your mental health but also at how your wider support needs can be improved; for example, your physical health or accessing voluntary sector organisations.

Sheffield Improving Physical Health Strategy Review
Sheffield’s NHS, voluntary and community sector and Sheffield City Council are also seeking your views on their plan to improve the physical health of people living with severe mental illness, people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
