Your Experiences of Health, Care and Support Services in Sheffield during the Covid-19 pandemic

Healthwatch Sheffield are a local organisation working to support adults, children and young people influence how local health, care and support services are designed and run.

Healthwatch Sheffield want to understand more about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on local people and their care and support.

To collect your views and experiences Healthwatch have created a the Experiences of health, care and support services in Sheffield during the Covid-19 pandemic survey.

Their findings will help local decision makers decide how to improve services in the future.

The survey is anonymous, and Healthwatch Sheffield are completely independent and not part of the NHS or Sheffield City Council.
