Whizz-Kidz Sheffield Ambassador Club

Whizz-Kidz are a national charity that aim to transform the lives of disabled children by providing the vital equipment, support and life skills they need to reach their full potential.

The charity run a FREE youth club, known as the Sheffield Ambassador Club, for young wheelchair users aged 8-25, which meets at Springs Leisure Centre (East Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 2AL) once a month.

The club run a wide range of activities from music, drama and art, to sport, cooking, campaigning and trips.

The club dates for 2017 are:

  • Sunday 18th June
  • Sunday 17th September
  • Saturday 14th October
  • Sunday 12th November
  • Sunday 10th December

You need to register with Whizz-Kidz 4 weeks before the next club to attend.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
