What?
Disability Sheffield has organised this event to explore the concerns of people from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.
Who can join?
Deaf and Disabled people who are from a BAME background. We also welcome people who do not consider themselves to be Disabled but have a substantial long-term impairment or condition (for example people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Cancer, Depression, Sickle Cell Disease).
Members of BAME community groups and organisations who work with Disabled People are also invited to attend.

Wednesday 25 November at 6pm until 7.30pm.

Why is this event taking place?
For Disability Sheffield to listen to and better understand the experiences and issues facing BAME people who are Disabled. This will inform our Part of the Solution Project work which includes providing evidence to the Race Equality Commission
