Sheffield’s Equality Hub Network has been in existence for five years – and is looking for people to give their opinion on how it is all going.
The Hubs were established to give people a real voice in influencing both the work of Sheffield City Council and things in the city more generally and they would like to see if that’s happening effectively.
The hubs are:
Age Hub (intergenerational)
BAMER Hub (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic, Refugee)
Carers’ Hub
Disability Hub (all impairments)
LGBT+ Hub (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, other sexual orientations and gender identities)
Religion/Belief/No Belief Hub
Women’s Hub
They are asking people if they could spare about 10 minutes to answer the questions in the survey and will be using responses to inform a report for Councillors and the Equality Hub Board to ensure the hubs maximise their potential and make a real difference to life in Sheffield for everyone.
You can find the link here or you can telephone 0114 273 35861. The survey closes on March 28.
