Sheffield United Community Foundation is a high-performing sport for development charity and is the official charity of Sheffield United Football Club, supporting people across Sheffield and the city region to become the best version of themselves.

They offer a variety of Mental Health support sessions for men, women and young people aiming to help participants improve their mental and physical wellbeing .You can see a timetable of sessions here.

Their new mental health support session, Therapy Club, provides free personalised therapy sessions with a highly trained and qualified therapist specialising in Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Addictions, PTSD, Eating Disorders and more. This therapy can be up to 12 weeks depending what support an individual needs.It starts on 3rd November 2022 and could be key for anyone that is waiting for support from their local GP or services around Sheffield.
