The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care services in England. They register, monitor and inspect services to make sure they provide safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.
From the 13th September CQC is inspecting the South Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and they want lots of feedback to help them focus their inspections. Have you used the Ambulance Service in the last year? For emergency ambulances? Or for patient transport? Or even their NHS 111 service? Then share your experiences with the CQC.
