SC4A Anniversary Celebration

SC4A Anniversary Celebration

Our inclusive cycling project is excited to invite you to a very special celebration marking 16 amazing years of Sheffield Cycling 4 All ! Over the years, our project has grown into a vibrant community of cyclists, volunteers, and supporters.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting an Anniversary Event at Hillsborough Park on 17th October 2024 from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Hillsborough Park, Sheffield (by our containers in the car park). We’ll be looking back at some great moments from the past 16 years, but that’s not all — we’ll also have some exciting news to announce about the future of Sheffield Cycling 4 All!

Whether you’ve been cycling with us for years, recently joined, volunteered your time and energy, or want to find out more about us, this celebration is for you. It’s a chance to come together as a community, reflect on the positive impact we’ve made, and look ahead to what’s next.

Here’s what you can expect on the day:

Cycling Fun: Try out our wide range of cycles and enjoy the fresh air with fellow cyclists and volunteers.

Impact Report Launch: We’ll be unveiling our latest Impact Report, sharing some key stats about how far we’ve come. Did you know that over the past 12 months, 562 cyclists participated in our sessions, and we welcomed 450 new participants? We’re so proud of this achievement, and we can’t wait to share more with you.

Community Celebration: Meet fellow cyclists, volunteers, and staff, and celebrate all we’ve accomplished together.

Thank you for being a part of the Sheffield Cycling 4 All community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and share what’s next for our project!

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
