Do you have an interest in or experience of personal budgets and personal health budgets? Following on from our session at the beginning of September when we talked about Integrated Personal Commissioning we would like to invite you to a 2nd session to:

• Learn more about Integrated Personal Commissioning
• Discuss how you can get involved locally to help to improve our experience of health and social care
• Talk about how you would like the group to develop

On: Tuesday 24th Oct 1.30pm-4pm
At: The Garden Room St Marys Conference Centre, Bramall Lane Sheffield S2 4QZ

The meeting is open to anyone with a disability, complex health condition or affected by mental health issues and family members caring for someone.

We are planning to meet on a regular basis providing an opportunity to influence how Integrated Personal Commissioning is delivered locally. View Flier Invitation .

We are able to pay expenses to enable you to attend. Please let us know if you have any access requirements to enable you to participate. Refreshments will be provided.

If you’d like to come along or would just like to know a bit more please contact Emily Morton on 0114 2536747 or email emily.morton@disabilitysheffield.org.uk . We need to know the number of people attending to make sure we order enough refreshments. We look forward to hearing from you.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
