The theme for this year is discussing your ideas for how to improve the health of the people of Sheffield, by providing more services closer to home.

Sheffield CCG works with healthcare professionals, patients and the public to deliver high quality, efficient and cost effective healthcare services for people across the whole of Sheffield.

The AGM takes place on Thursday July 11th from 2 – 4pm (registration from 1.30pm) at the Tony Currie Suite, Sheffield United Football Club, Bramall Lane, Sheffield S2 4SU

You can book your place on Eventbrite or by telephoning 0114 305 4609.

At the AGM, there will be opportunities to ask the senior team present any questions you may have about healthcare and the NHS in Sheffield, alternatively you can send your questions to the CCG’s mailbox ahead of the meeting at SHECCG.SheffieldCCG@nhs.net

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
