Speakup are continuing to raise awareness about their new Covid 19 Grab and Go sheet . If you have a learning disability or autism and need to go into hospital because of Coronavirus the Grab and Go sheet gives the information doctors and nurses need.

The Grab and Go sheet has been designed in partnership with people with learning disabilities and autism, families and nurses. It gives information that doctors will need if patients with a learning disability, autism or both are admitted to hospital and struggling to breathe. It is not a replacement for the everyday, detailed hospital passport.
You can use these guidance notes to help you complete the Grab and Go sheet.
