Sheffield City Council want you to be able to access the right information and advice, when you need it – to help keep you independent, safe and well.
This is your chance to tell the Council what you think about their resources , including information and advice about:
- help at home
- getting out and about,
- housing and care homes,
- health and wellbeing,
- taking part in social activities,
- staying safe and
- caring for family or friends

The Council is holding a half day Mystery Shopping session on 17 November 2016 from 10:30 am to 2.30 pm at the Moorfoot Conference Suite on The Moor . As part of the session you’ll surf local websites, comment on the Council’s leaflets and review the friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
