Healthy Living and Physical Activity Co-ordinator

We are looking for someone to lead our exciting new project, in partnership with Sheffield CCG, working with community groups to increase their capacity to support people with severe mental illness, a learning disability and/or autism to access healthy living and physical activity opportunities in their local communities.

Disability Sheffield is a ‘not for profit’ pan-impairment organisation driven by disabled people; we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds, and we particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of disability

Hours are either full-time 35 hours per week or job share 17.5hrs per week (£26,999 f/t salary). 3 years funding secured.
