Healthwatch Sheffield is dedicated to helping improve health and social care services in Sheffield. They share what people tell them about the NHS and social care with decision makers who can make changes to improve care.
Their work covers NHS and social care services in Sheffield for people of all ages, including GPs, hospitals, ambulances, mental health services, pharmacies, dentists, sexual health services, home care and care homes.
Every year Healthwatch Sheffield focuses on specific topics alongside their usual work. In 2022 their projects included Long Covid, Black and Asian women’s experiences of maternity care, and older people’s experiences of care homes.

Two public meetings about your health and care priorities will take place in February which members of the public and representatives of voluntary sector groups are welcome to join.
