Champion wheelchair racer Sammi Kinghorn is no stranger to facing challenges – and has been a big success in the sport.
The 22-year-old Scot was left paralysed below the waist in an accident almost eight years ago, but is now the fastest-ever female British female racer over several sprint distances. Her last challenge was to compete over marathon distance and in the recent Gold Coast Commonwealth Games she finished fourth in both events she took part in.
Now Sammi has a blog designed to help others achieve their goals, with tips including doing your research beforehand and staying mentally strong.
