General Election Disability Scorecard

General Election Disability Scorecard

How do the UK political parties compare on Disabled People’s rights?

On the 29th of May 2024, Disability Rights UK ( DRUK ) sent letters to the UK political parties with the ‘Disability Scorecard’, grading their policies based on the Disabled People’s Manifesto.

The Disability Scorecard is a tool designed to help you compare the commitments of major political parties in the UK to the demands outlined in the Disabled People’s Manifesto.
It provides a straightforward way to compare where each party stands on key issues affecting disabled people across the country.

See how the political parties compared in the summary of results.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
