The Prince’s Trust – an organisation set up to help vulnerable youngsters make their way in life – has launched a new personal development programme in conjunction with Sheffield College.
The programme is open to 16 to 25-year-olds who are neither in work or full-time education but would like the chance to gain new skills, work towards gaining qualifications and build their confidence. It is free, open to disabled people and taking part will not affect JSA. Among the activities will be the chance to work on a project aimed at improving your local area, taking part in a residential trip, attending a work placement and learning how to do CVs, job applications and interviews. There will be intakes each year in September, January and May. View Poster
