Exercise Tasters for People with MS

The MS Society, in partnership with Sheffield International Venues has launched a number of free exercise taster sessions for people with Multiple Sclerosis in Sheffield.

  • Reduce stress and feelings of anxiety through exercise
  • All sessions are delivered by fully qualified, MS-aware, friendly staff
  • Tasters are open to people with MS and an activity buddy
  • The venues are fully accessible, wheelchair friendly with good parking and transport links

Time: 7pm

Activity: Tai Chi
Venue: English Institute of Sport (Tel: 0114 257 4426)
Dates: (All 2018) Tuesdays, 25/9, 2/10, 9/10, 16/10, 23/10, 30/10
Time: 11am

Activity: Milon Fitness Circuit
Venue: Graves Health & leisure Centre (Tel: 0114 283 9900)
Dates: (All 2018) Saturdays, 8/9, 15/9, 22/9, 29/9, 6/10, 13/10
Time: 1pm

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
