Disability and Domestic Abuse Report

Public Health England has produced a new overview of disabled people’s experiences of domestic abuse. The report highlights how disabled people are significantly more likely to experience domestic abuse and have increased risk factors for domestic abuse related to their impairment, reliance and isolation, or wider risk factors. Disabled people experiencing domestic abuse may also encounter significant barriers to accessing services. View the report on GOV.UK
