Sheffield City Council is looking for your help in setting up its new Equality Objectives.
The council is required to set at least one Equality Objective every four years but this time has decided to set up four, each with a set of three or more aims, in a bid to make the city equal for all.
The proposed objectives are to:
o Strengthen knowledge and understanding of different communities
o Ensure the workforce reflects the people that the council serves.
o Lead the city in celebrating diversity and promoting inclusion
o Breaking the cycle of inequality and improving life chances
