Celebrate with Us

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to Disability Sheffield’s Celebration Event, marking 10 years of our advocacy and information service. Over the years, our service has supported disabled people living in Sheffield by providing information and advocacy support on a range of issues, enabling them to live their own lives.

Join us on Thursday 6th December from 4 – 6pm for a relaxed evening at the Virgin Lounge, 66 Fargate . There will be drinks, nibbles and the chance for you to find out more about our work.

We are really looking forward to marking this memorable occasion and hope to see you there.

Save this date in your diary and please RSVP by 19th November 2018 to admin@disabilitysheffield.org.uk or call us on 0114 253 6750.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.
