Disabled people who have applied for and receive Access To Work funding are having problems with receiving it during the pandemic, leading to a campaigning organisation writing to the Government.
Inclusion London, a user-led group, say that delays in awards and difficulties in getting responses when contacting the Department Of Work And Pensions could lead to working disabled people not being able retain their jobs, now and even after the crisis.
You can download a copy of Inclusion London’s letter to Justin Tomlinson,
Minister for Disabled people, Health and Work here outlining their concerns and suggesting actions to resolve the issues. Further information is on Inclusion London’s website .
