3rd Personal Commissioning Co-production Workshop

Thank you to everyone who attended the Integrated Personal Commissioning Co-production workshop a couple of weeks ago. We had a really good discussion with challenging questions being asked. The next meeting of the co-production workshop will take place on Wednesday 20th Dec 1.30-4pm at The Circle, 33 Rockingham Lane, Sheffield S1 4FW.

As long as you have an interest in or experience of personal budgets and personal health budgets, anyone with a disability or complex health condition, anyone affected by mental health issues or family members caring for someone can attend the workshops. Please do have a look at our invitation to the workshop and co-production workshop slides to find out more about Personal Commissioning and Co-Production.

We would like to spend some time at the 3rd workshop considering areas for us to be involved in and influence. We are able to pay expenses to enable you to attend. Please let us know if you have any access requirements to enable you to participate. Refreshments and mince pies will be provided.

If you’d like to attend the workshop please contact Emily Morton on 0114 2536747 or email emily.morton@disabilitysheffield.org.uk .

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
