Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is asking you to share your experiences of urgent care services in the city. This can be based on your experiences or those of someone you care for.The CCG, has been holding a series of meetings with patients and professionals recently but has decided to reach out to the general public by launching a survey.

The Alliance For Inclusive Education (ALLFIE) has launched a questionnaire which aims to find out the views of parents and education professionals about Accessibility Plans and whether they are effective in supporting disabled pupils’ inclusion at school. The survey closes at the end of February.

The Disability History Network have launched an online survey to find out what kind of stories you believe should be taught to secondary school aged children learning about disability history.
