Survey Into Urgent Care Services In Sheffield

Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is asking you to share your experiences of urgent care services in the city. This can be based on your experiences or those of someone you care for.

Your feedback will help the NHS understand how urgent care services in the city are being used and what is most important in order to help improve them.

The CCG has been holding a series of meetings with patients and professionals recently but has decided to reach out to the general public by launching a survey.

The survey should take under ten minutes to fill in. You do not have to share your name or contact details and all information will be anonymised. The feedback will be held confidentially by NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group for no more than 5 years.

You can see the survey here.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
