Turn2us, a national charity that helps people in financial hardship to gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services, is urging and aiding people to contact your MP, hoping that if enough people do so it will put pressure on the Government to do more to help.

Nothing About Us Without Us is a well-known disability rights slogan. It is also the title of a new exhibition at the People’s History Museum in Manchester, that explores how these rights have been fought for over centuries and the activism that has led this march forward. The exhibition opens on Wednesday 16 November at the start of UK Disability History Month and is open until October 2023.
