Disabled people and people living with a long-term health condition are being asked to rate their treatment on visits to their GP ,local hospitals and other health and care services in a survey set up by the Care Quality Commission. The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates health and social care services.
The survey only takes around 5 minutes online to complete and is followed by a few multiple choice questions. You can complete the survey anonymously if you wish to. The CQC plan to shape future policy to include how disabled people and their families use the NHS and care services with the results of the information captured from this survey.
You can complete the survey here but if you are unable to complete it yourself Disability Rights UK is offering to complete the survey on people’s behalf. They are taking calls Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The number to call is 0330 995 0400 and then choose Option 1.
