Are you passionate about wildlife and nature and want to work in conservation, but don’t have the practical experience or qualifications?
Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust, has joined up with its equivalents in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire to offer full-time funded traineeships. Working for Nature offers bursary paid positions for people from harder to reach backgrounds to get their foot in the door of the conservation sector and recruitment for the next cohort of trainees is now open! You will gain practical conservation skills, a level 2 environmental conservation qualification and funding of over £11,500.
There are no previous qualifications required – you just need to be over 18, have a passion for the
natural world and be ready to learn new skills.
