SYPTE Travel Survey

SYPTE Travel Survey

The Coronavirus has affected all our lives, from how we work and shop to how we travel.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is carrying out a public consultation to find out how different communities travelled before the lockdown, how their travel has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and how this has affected their future travel plans.

Their statement said: “We want to keep you safe, support our economy and ensure our recovery is sustainable so getting our future transport network right will be central to getting more and more of South Yorkshire moving again. We would like to hear your thoughts on public transport and your future travel plans so that we get an understanding of what you think and need to help us get things right. It doesn’t matter how you plan to travel, whether you walk, cycle, take public transport or drive – all your views are important and will help shape our plans”

To take part you should fill in this survey which should take between 20-25 minutes to complete.

Everyone completing the survey will be entered into a draw to win one of three £50 Love2shop vouchers.

The consultation closes on 24 July 2020.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
