Planning Your Future - An Introduction to Integrated Personal Commissioning

CHANGE is working with the NHS to run a series of 4 free workshops for people with learning disabilities, which will explain what Integrated Personal Commissioning is and give people with learning disabilities the opportunity to help to shape the way the commissioning process works.

CHANGE would like people to attend all 4 sessions if possible which will take place on 25th May, 1st June, 8th June and 15th June from 11am till 3pm. The workshops will be held in the CHANGE offices at Calls Landing in central Leeds. Lunch will be provided.

Places are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have a learning disability and have experience of or an interest in personal budgets and would like to attend, or you know someone who may be interested, contact Anne-Marie at anne-marie.knight@changepeople.org or call 0113 242 6619

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
