Our Fair City Campaign Update

At the start of 2015, Sheffield set out on a quest to become the fairest city in Britain with the ‘Our Fair City’ campaign.

After Sheffield City Council re-tendered the campaign Opus Independents won the contract to lead the public-facing elements of the campaign.

Over the next twelve months work will focus on four campaigns – Fairer Food, Fairer Money, Fairer Work and Fairer Futures –
“showing people that through the power of small actions, we really can build a fairer and better city.”

Anyone who lives, works, studies or does business in Sheffield can become a Fairness Champion by signing up here.

More information on the ‘Our Fair City’ campaign can be found at www.ourfaircity.co.uk

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Very good presentation, brave of the speakers to tell their stories and had a very high impact - feedback from Mate/Hate Crime presentation and video session at Safeguarding Working Together Conference

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.
