NHS Advocacy Survey

NHS England in the North is undertaking a project to understand the provision of advocacy services for adults with a learning disability and or autism across the North of England, including successes, challenges and gaps.

The project is currently divided into three phases:

1) Understanding the Baseline

2) Standards for Advocacy

3) A Quality Check for Advocacy.

They are looking for as many responses as possible from clients, families and advocacy providers. For further information and to download the Easy Read Questionnaire click here .
