Every Mind Matters
Tips and advice on things you can to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing and cope with how you may feel while staying at home. Their Get your Mind Plan from Every Mind Matters is
now tailored for the Coronavirus outbreak

Sheffield Mind
Their How to stay fit and healthy at home includes detailed information and advice on:

  • Outdoor Activities
  • Home-based Activities
  • Wellbeing
  • Social Media accounts posting useful activities and info
  • Creative things – Ideas for things to do that don’t necessarily fall in to the ‘exercise’ category but which can be good for both physical and mental health

Move More Sheffield
Their Staying Active at Home page includes specific sections of information to help you stay active whilst staying home for Kids, Adults and Older People; as well as a useful page detailing health/activity/fitness Apps.

Their new Active at Home booklet has been developed to support older people and those who are shielded to stay active and healthy at home.

Sport England
The Sport England webpage Stay in, Work out includes tips, advice and guidance on how to keep or get active in and around your home. This includes:

  • On demand content and apps
  • Free video content and activities
  • Exercises for older adults
  • Information and advice for pregnant women
  • Mindfulness
  • Exercises if you have a disability or long term health condition
