IAPT Now Talking Therapies

IAPT Now Talking Therapies

As part of a national rebrand Sheffield IAPT has changed its name and has a new website but its services remain the same.

NHS Sheffield Talking Therapies ( for anxiety and depression ) is an easier to understand title which makes taking that first step more accessible as asking for help can be really difficult, especially if you aren’t sure what help you need.

You can use the site to identify how you are feeling and what might be causing you to feel that way, which takes you to the most suitable free courses , that have all been specially designed to help with any stress, worry or anxiety you are experiencing. You can also check out their range of self help guides, which cover a range of feelings.

Here’s how to get in touch

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)

A fantastic presentation thought provoking and good questions from the floor around promoting this film/message to the general public not just professionals.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.
