How Technology Can Help You Manage Your Health Conditions - Free Healthwatch Sheffield Event

If you have two or more long term health conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, cancer, mental health issues, a heart condition or respiratory illness etc.) then this event on July 22nd at 10:30am – 4:00pm, at The Circle, 33 Rockingham Lane, S1 4FW could be for you!

This event is part of an NHS funded project to look at how technology can help you manage your conditions more effectively, and stay independent and well for as long as possible. This will include apps and devices you can use at home. Go along to one of the sessions to find out more – either at 10:30am-1pm or 2-4pm. Transport can be provided if it is required, including covering the costs associated with you attending the session. Please let Healthwatch Sheffield know if you have any specific mobility requirements or would like to book a disabled parking space.

You can book a place at this event:
Online: www.technologyandhealth.eventbrite.co.uk
By Phone: (0114) 253 6688
By Email: info@healthwatchsheffield.co.uk

Please note that 3 or more health conditions are not required to participate, 2 will suffice.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
