The Integrated Care System (ICS) are running a survey to find out what your health & wellbeing priorities are. What people say will help to inform their new Integrated Care Strategy for South Yorkshire.

Healthwatch Sheffield are running online meetings on 8 and 9 December to discuss these questions and help more people to feed into the strategy. These meetings are open to people living across the whole of South Yorkshire.
