Equipment and Adaptations Policy Survey

Equipment and Adaptations Policy Survey

Are you a Sheffield City Council Social Housing Tenant? Have you had your say on their new draft Equipment and Adaptations Policy?

The Council wants to know if their policy makes it clear how the council makes decisions on the provision of adaptations to council-owned properties, ensuring that disabled residents can live safely and independently in their homes as long as is reasonably practicable.

By completing their survey you will help the Council make sure that their policy is easy to understand.

See the draft policy and take the survey here.

Make sure to have your say before the survey closes on the 24th of January.

Disability Sheffield is a forward-thinking, energetic organisation doing a lot of positive work in Sheffield. I have no doubt they will continue to do so for a long time to come.

When I moved to Sheffield nearly five years ago it was my "go to" organisation. I expect it to stay that way. All the staff and volunteers seem to pull out little gems of effort that disabled people like me couldn't do without. Professionally and personally - I love em :)
