We are proud to announce that Disability Sheffield has won the Local Charity Of The Year award for Sainsbury’s Division Street branch thanks to votes from their staff and customers.
The award is part of an annual event ,taking place since 2009, in which store staff are asked to choose a shortlist of three charities and customers vote for their favourite. We would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who voted for us and we really appreciate your support for our work.
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said. “We want to make as big and positive an impact as possible in our local communities. So every year we work together with our customers and colleagues to support a local cause at the heart of the local community. These are collaborative partnerships that include a range of support such as awareness-raising and fundraising in store, volunteering and donations.”
