People in Sheffield receiving Continuing Healthcare ( CHC ) are urged to read and give their views about a new CHC newsletter which aims to make the process easier to understand, more open and transparent.
NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Sheffield City Counciland “Healthwatch Sheffield have worked with people receiving services to produce it. It will be published every six months and you can choose to receive it by email or view it online from the CCG website .
There are also plans to circulate hard copies of the newsletters to sites across communities including Sheffield Carers Centre and Disability Sheffield.
