Contacting the Single Point of Access (SPA) for Adult Mental Health Services

In recent weeks people have been experiencing problems contacting the new Single Point of Access via telephone (0114 226 3636). Citizens Advice Sheffield have therefore put in place a new call option system and are implementing further call routing processes to minimise these issues.

Please note that non-urgent referrals and enquiries can be sent to:
• The SPA email address SPA_AdultMentalHealth@shsc.nhs.uk
• Or faxed to 0114 271 6106

These will be picked up and acted upon within 24 hours.
